THIS 45-MINUTE CLASS IS DESIGNED TO MAXIMIZE YOUR WORKOUT EFFICIENCY. IT OFFERS A FULL-BODY FITNESS EXPERIENCE ON AND OFF THE BIKE. BEGIN WITH 30 MINUTES OF HEART-POUNDING INTERVALS ON THE BIKE AND END THE CLASS ON YOUR MAT, USING YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT, ALONG WITH LIGHT DUMBBELLS AND RESISTANCE BANDS.
