Total Body

Conditioning (TBC)


TBC IS A strength and toning program that blends aspects of barre, Pilates, and yoga. We combine the precision and alignment of barre, with the core strength and flexibility of Pilates, and the mindfulness and breath work of yoga — resulting in a dynamic fusion that challenges both body and mind. We utilize light dumbbells, mini loop resistance bands, and yoga blocks to enhance muscle engagement and target specific areas of the body.


TRX

in this dynamic 45-minute class, We'll harness the power of suspension training to challenge your balance and stability, all while building serious strength. Each TRX exercise is designed to engage your core and improve your posture, helping you feel stronger with every move.

MAT STRENGTH

sculpt and strengthen in our 60-minute Mat Strength class! Using resistance bands, blocks, and the power of your own body weight, we’ll focus on toning your whole body, with emphasis on your core and glutes.

TRX + RECOVERY

This 60 minute class blends the dynamic strength-building techniques of TRX suspension training with mindful recovery, promoting not just muscle engagement but also deep relaxation. Expect 45 minutes of TRX Strength circuits, followed by 15 minutes of active recovery and mindful reflection.
